How we deliver

A four-step rollout, used on every enterprise engagement.

The same sequence produced a validated regulatory audit suite for J&J MedTech and nine platforms in four months for an industrial manufacturer. Structure is the differentiator, not heroics.

01

Discovery

Map the ground before quoting it.

We map current processes, interview stakeholders, review the technology landscape and identify where automation and optimisation return the most. The output is an actionable roadmap, not a theoretical report.

02

Scoping and prototype

Prove the experience before it is expensive.

Detailed scope, effort estimate and commercial proposal. For fixed-price work, this is where the firm quote lands. Where it adds value we build a working, AI-assisted prototype first, so users correct real software rather than slides.

03

Delivery

Signed-off design, then disciplined build.

Functional and technical design signed off, then build in waves under solution-based ALM with a design authority holding the schema. Test, integration, UAT and security testing precede any production rollout.

04

Hypercare

We stay embedded after go-live.

Bug fixes, performance tuning, user support and rapid iteration on real-world feedback. Direct access to senior architects and product owners is built into every engagement.

Prototype first, build once.

On regulated work we build fully interactive prototypes with AI-assisted coding, seeded with realistic data and a role switcher so any workshop participant can step into any persona. Users play the whole lifecycle through before a single production component is committed.

Every prototype screen sits on a service-interface seam mapped field-for-field to the production data model, so the validated experience carries into build without redesign.

What this removes

  • Requirements arguments settled in workshops, not in UAT
  • Change requests caused by unseen workflow, not by scope creep
  • Adoption risk in teams that have been burned by admin-heavy systems
  • Rework between prototype and production build

Governance that survives scale.

Solution-based ALM, a design authority holding schema freeze across parallel build and migration streams, environment strategy out of the Default tenant, and a role and permission matrix shared across applications. This is what lets eight consultants ship nine platforms without the estate fragmenting.

Engagement models

  • Product development: the team owns the lifecycle from requirements to go-live
  • Embedded expertise: specialists integrated into the client's own governance team
  • Partner enablement: lead architect and lead developer inside a partner's team
